We have a one hour minimum per project, then charges are in 15 minute
increments.
Rush jobs have a 50% premium, i.e. 150 times the usual rate. If the client requires that work start within 1 or 2 days of the submission of the work request and requires more than 4 hours per day from commencement to completion, then it is a rush job.
